I just got my pieces in (I also ordered the Zagreb set) to use with my Chessnut Air board.
The pieces are wonderful. The ebonizing on the black pieces is very dark and done uniformly (no “splotches” of light color coming through). The workmanship is very good and I see no flaws in the pieces.
From a distance of 2 feet it looks like a much more expensive set.
It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Singh, the pieces were shipped in a very timely manner and delivered very quickly.
One note – these pieces are a bit large for the Air and the Evo boards. They can work if you like “crowded” boards (which I do) but they may not be to your liking. I think they are wonderful as a library set if I find them to be too big.
The Zagreb that I ordered fit better, but that does not diminish from this set at all. It is still a 5 star set and this site is a 5 star site.
